The Rat Pack – The President's Friends – Ray Liotta, Joe Mantegna – DVD Region 2

The Rat Pack – Behind the Scenes of Power...

United States of America. The early 1960s: one of the most volatile periods in the country's history. The Vietnam War is raging, Cuban nuclear missiles threaten the entire territory, the Ku Klux Klan operates in broad daylight... But, more dangerous because it is more discreet, the Mafia operates at the highest levels of power, infiltrating government circles. Which could not be done without the help of one man. A star of music and film, a living legend: Frank Sinatra himself, who plays on equal footing with John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Who exerts all his influence in power games. Often dangerous games on which the fate of a nation on the brink of explosion could depend...

Sumptuously brought to the screen by Rob Cohen (Daylight with Stallone, DragonHeart, and Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story), The Rat Pack takes a fresh look at Frank Sinatra's exact role in the events that shook the United States some thirty years ago. A shocking film where the big sharks of politics and crime cross paths.
