These Terms of Service govern use of blaspo1990.com. They supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy available in the website footer.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them.

To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter a contract or permission from your legal representative.

Using the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes or in a way that could infringe the rights of Blaspo or third parties is prohibited.

3. Customer-provided information

When creating an account or placing an order, customers undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including first and last name, a valid delivery address, a working email address and a valid telephone number where needed for delivery.

Customers must check their details before confirming an order. Where delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, the Shipping Policy applies.

4. Permitted website use

The following are prohibited:

• Using the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
• Transmitting malicious, abusive or defamatory content;
• Attempting to bypass or compromise website security;
• Using bots, scripts or automated processes that disrupt website operation;
• Impersonating another person;
• Collecting data without authorisation.

Blaspo may restrict or suspend a user’s access for fraudulent or abusive use or use contrary to these terms, in accordance with applicable legislation.

5. Products, prices and availability

Essential characteristics, prices, conditions and availability are stated on the respective product pages.

Prices are shown in euros, including taxes where VAT applies. Blaspo currently benefits from the VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer is informed as soon as possible and receives a refund of the relevant sums using the original payment method.

6. Orders and shipping

After payment validation, customers receive an order confirmation email.

Depending on the product, preparation and shipping may be handled directly by Blaspo or by a supplier or logistics partner responsible for fulfilment. In all cases, Blaspo remains the seller and the customer’s point of contact.

Available destinations, applicable charges and estimated times are stated in the Shipping Policy, on the product page or at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds

Withdrawal rights, returns, refunds, faulty products and statutory guarantees are described in the Return and Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits consumers’ statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

Elements created by Blaspo for the website, including its trading name, logo, original texts, presentation and own creations, are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.

Third-party trademarks, names, images and other elements remain the property of their respective owners.

Unauthorised reproduction or use of protected content is prohibited unless permitted by the rights holder or a statutory exception.

9. Website operation and security

Blaspo takes reasonable measures to ensure website accessibility, proper operation and security.

The website may nevertheless be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents or events beyond Blaspo’s control.

These provisions do not limit Blaspo’s statutory liability to consumers for order fulfilment.

The collection, use and protection of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences can be managed using the link in the website footer.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under applicable legislation.

Customers should contact Blaspo to seek an amicable solution. If no amicable resolution is reached, after first submitting a written complaint to Blaspo, consumers may use Blaspo’s consumer mediation service free of charge:

Disputes may also be brought before the competent court under applicable legal rules. No exclusive territorial jurisdiction is imposed on consumers.

12. Changes to terms

Blaspo may update these Terms of Service to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or commercial developments. The version published on the website applies at the time of use. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already concluded.
