With her parents away, Trish Devereaux invites some of her teammates from the basketball team over for a girls' night in! Her two neighbors and their boyfriends, not having been invited, jealously watch the preparations from across the street… and plan their unexpected intrusion, just to give them a little scare! But they are all unaware that an escapee from a psychiatric hospital also intends to join the party in his own way… bringing along his hellish power drill to turn the night into screams of fear and death in a blood-soaked carnival!
