Wes Craven presents a film by Robert Harmon , written by Brendan William Hood . As children, Julia and Billy were inseparable. Both were terrorized by violent nightmares and the creatures they thought they saw wandering in their rooms. Today, Julia is a brilliant young woman, balancing her time between her boyfriend Paul and her studies. When she runs into Billy by chance, she is disturbed by his behavior: he claims to be persecuted, constantly talks about the nightmares they had 20 years ago, and warns her: they are coming for her… Some time later, Julia realizes that her childhood fears have resurfaced.
